Despite my better judgment and a sky ready to storm, I decided to take a drive up to Falls Dam sans cell phone and neglecting to tell anyone where I was going. I love driving up to the dam. It's the place I go to clear my head. If you explore around by the river, you can find a place where they've used old car parts as a retaining wall. I couldn't get any good pictures of it, though. I used to go canoeing up on the lake when I was in high school, too.
